: 16 – We have all heard the expression “reduce, reuse, recycle”. But how often do we put this into practice? What if there was a way to do this every day, while still creating better food for your garden than fertilizer?

The process is called composting. You take your discarded food and make it useful. Sounds good in theory, but like most resolutions the first question is how to get started. Long Beach Recycles will provide you with all the information you need to help you get started and maintain this resolution. They offer a free virtual workshop “Composting at home” on Saturday January 8 from 10 am to 11 am You can register here.

14:43 – As a company, we’ve been through a lot in the past two years. Now, with a majority of the country vaccinated against COVID-19, a new variant has set us all back. But with the New Year approaching, a lot of people are looking ahead and making resolutions.

We still have something to look forward to.
